Typography

Fonts must use typefaces that offer a neutral style and consistent readability.​

Operation guideline​

  • It is recommended to apply consistent sizes across components based on the information hierarchy.
  • It is advised to use subtext for additional information with hierarchical distinction.
  • Each brand may designate its own font according to its identity, but it is discouraged to use fonts with exaggerated characters for stability.
  • According to the Android accessibility guidelines, a minimum font size of 12sp or above is recommended. (12sp ≈ 12dp → 12 × (160dpi / 160) = 12px)
    • For readability, it is generally recommended to use 1.5 times or more, and it is safe to ensure a height of approximately 18–20px.
    • Minimum height in actual pixels: 18px or above
